COVID-19: Announcements & Updates


This page will host any announcements and updates during the outbreak of Covid-19.


Due to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases, we will be closing the shop front to visitors beginning Monday, June 29th. Instead, we will be doing Curbside Pick-up and Drop-offs, and we will also be happy to continue to schedule for remote help. At this time, we will not be scheduling any onsite Residental visits, but we will do our best to help each and every one of our customers during this difficult time.

We do not have any set date of when we will go back to full operations, but we will review the situation weekly and continue to update you on any changes.

We want to thank the Galveston community for ya’lls support and for allowing us to serve you for over 20 years.

Please note that beginning Monday, March 23 we will be closing our shop front on 24th street until further notice. At this time we will no longer be accepting any incoming PCs for repair, nor will we be scheduling any onsite residential visits. We will continue to provide remote support to all of our customers during this period and you may request to schedule a remote session by phone or email.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but for the safety of our staff, their families, and the community of Galveston County we have decided that this is the best course of action.
